Essential Qualifications:

  • Interested candidates make a note that Educational Certificates issued by Education Boards affiliated to / listed by COBSE, AICTE, CBSE, and NIOS only will be considered.

Special Instructions:

  • The full postal address to be mentioned on the affidavit to include Post Office, Police Station and PIN Code.
  • No mobile phone is allowed outside the entry gate.
  • Relaxation in Physical Standards is either the advance of servants/ex-servicemen or athletes.
  • Candidates are required to bring two attested photocopies of the following documents/certificates with them to the rally site in the original.
  • 1. Admit Card: Printed on good quality paper with Laser Printer (don’t shrink).
  • 2.Photograph: Twenty copies of untested passport size color photographs produced on good quality white background photographic paper not older than three months. Computer printouts/photoshopped photos are NOT acceptable.
  • 3.Education Certificates: Education Certificates with marks sheet in original of all educational qualifications achieved by candidate i.e. Matric/Intermediate/Graduation etc recognized School/ College/ Board/University. Class-VIII pass certificate must be countersigned by the DEO.
  • 4. Domicile. Domicile certificate with photograph issued by Tehsildar/District Magistrate.
  • 5. Caste Certificate. Caste Certificate affixed by the Tehsildar / District Magistrate with a photograph of the applicant. Candidates of the general caste to furnish affidavit concerning caste.
  • 6. Religion Certificate. Religion certificate issued by the Tehsildar / SDM (if religion is not specified in the caste certificate as “SIKH/ HINDU / MUSLIM / CHRISTIAN”).
  • 7. School Character Certificate. School Character Certificate issued by the Principal / Headmaster of the School / College where the candidate last studied.
  • 8.Character Certificate. Character Certificate with photos given within the last six months by Police Station.
  • 9. Unmarried Certificate. An unmarried certificate with photograph given by Village Sarpanch / Municipal Corporation within the last six months for candidates under the age of 21.
  • 10. Relationship Certificate. Candidates from SOS / SOEX / SOW / SOWW must submit Relationship Certificates.
  • 11. NCC Certificate. NCC A / B / C certificates and the Republic Day Parade certificate should have a duly certified photograph of the applicant by the issuing authority. Provisional NCC A / B / C pass certificates will only be accepted when the NCC Group Commanders concerned have authenticated them.
  • 12. Affidavit. Applicants must apply duly signed by the applicant on Rs 10/- Non-judicial Stamp Paper as per specimen properly certified by a notary.
  • 13. Single Bank A/C, PAN Card & AADHAR Card. Single Bank A / C, PAN card & Aadhar card are mandatory final registration documents for pay & allowances and other social benefits schemes.

Important Instructions:

  • Candidate from districts of Seoni, Mandla, Rewa, Dindori, Balaghat, Jabalpur, Satna, Shahdol, Umaria, Katni, Anuppur, Narsinghpur, Singrauli, and Sidhi only can participate in the recruitment rally.
  • The candidate found attending from outside the above-mentioned MP or other State districts will be handed over to the Police.
  • As recruitment is a time-consuming process, candidates are advised to bring enough eatables and drinking water with them.
  • Only when producing Admit Card in duplicate created online via the official website www.joindianarmy.nic.in will candidates be permitted to enter the rally site. Civil police will be handed over to anyone identified with fake admit card.
  • Giving / taking bribe, creating fake/false certificates and indulging in unfair means is a criminal offense and punishable by law.
  • All documentation submitted by the applicants will be checked by government agencies prior to military enrolment. There will be strong legal action against people filing falsified documents.
  • The service will be terminated even after recruitment if applicants are found to have created fake documents or given inaccurate information at the time of recruitment, despite the number of years that they may have made the service available.
  • Use of Drugs to Enhance Performance. The use of any type of drugs improving performance is strictly prohibited. Candidates found to have been using the same will be debarred from further screening.
  • Tattoo tattoo. Permanent body tattoos are only permitted on the inside of forearms i.e. From the inside of the elbow to the wrist and the rear (dorsal) hand side of the palm/neck.
  • Permanent body tattoos are not acceptable on any other part of the body and candidates are being barred from further selection.
  • Candidates belonging to the tribal community / from tribal areas as declared by Govt of India SC and ST Order Act / Lists may have permanent body tattoos on any part of the body, as per the custom and tradition of that tribal to which a candidate belongs. These applicants must produce a certificate as performa.
  • Mobile telephones are not allowed on the Rally Site and at CEE time.
  • Written test results will be published on the official web site www.joinindianarmy.nic.in No separate letter will be sent to the applicant. It is the candidate’s responsibility to check his performance and send evidence to ARO.
  • The terms and conditions set out in the notice and on the website are subject to change, and should therefore only be viewed as guidelines.
